About ATS

Since 1988, ATS Training Services has been providing education and training for Real Estate Appraisers throughout Southern California. Utilizing skilled instructors with real world appraisal experience as well as providing the student with actual field experience in completing appraisals has set us above the norm. We provide a classroom environment fully equipped with state-of-the-art computers and also train students in the use of sophisticated appraisal software as part of our program. We even help you set up your own independent appraisal business through our Entrepreneural class.

What's more, we will help you to prepare for the state exam once you've completed the preliminary courseware.
